30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your Solar Fountain Pump, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply email us at support@sunnyspray.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the return and refund process.
To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in returnable condition (reasonable wear from testing the product is fine). Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
When We'll Help
In addition to our 30-day guarantee, we offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:
Item Arrives Damaged
If your Solar Fountain Pump arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at support@sunnyspray.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. Reporting the issue as soon as possible helps us resolve it quickly.
Product Is Defective
If your Solar Fountain Pump does not operate correctly under normal conditions and direct sunlight, contact our support team. We'll guide you through a few troubleshooting steps to determine the cause of the issue. If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect and cannot be resolved, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Please note that this does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, alterations, mineral buildup, or environmental conditions outside normal operation.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, let us know as soon as possible. Simply send your order number along with a photo of the item you received, and we'll arrange to send the correct product.
Order Lost in Transit
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If tracking has stopped updating for an extended period or the package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, contact us and we'll investigate. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or provide a refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but it remains covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
